Recruiting Technical Staff to Adjust Plastic Injection Machines

Job description:

• Must understand the plan - production quantity, implement the production plan.
• Check equipment and materials to ensure machines are ready for production.
• Instruct workers on product quality requirements.
• Check product quality every 2 hours (when the machines are producing stably)
• Ensure correct production parameters and norms. - Record and promptly report problems during production.
• Statistics, recording, updating the status of machinery and equipment during production shifts and recording in books.
• Specific handover of machinery and equipment at shift handover.
• Implement improvements to improve work efficiency.
• Monitor, observe and guide Plastic Injection Molding workers to perform correct operations when taking and inspecting products. Benefits
